Today was a BIG day for me! I got discharged from PT... did my final session today! And I graduated out of using a shower seat!
At PT we discussed the fact that I'm pretty much as far as therapy is going to take me. The next step is just me... increasing my daily activity in real life. Since I don't need a physical therapist for that part, I was discharged!
I have also made it to the point where I can stand for an entire shower. So BYE BYE shower seat... can't say I'll miss ya.
